Damaged or defective items may be returned for store credit, and must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Occasionally, a skin reaction or allergy may occur. We would always like to know about this when it happens, and are happy to give you any information you require in order to help pinpoint the ingredient to which you had a reaction, if possible (ingredients are listed on every product page, as well). However, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that do not agree with your skin, as there is no way to predict these reactions, and they are not due to a product defect. Please feel free to email with any questions. If you are making lots of changes to your skin care routine, you may experience some transitional breakouts. This can be a normal adjustment period, and we are happy to offer advice about how to use the products most effectively, with the smoothest transition to your new routine.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please email us at email@example.com. We want to make sure you are using the products optimally, and are here to answer any questions you may have. However, because we are a small company, and we can not resell any product that has been opened, we will need to give approval for all returns.
If you have spoken with us, and have a verbal approval for your return, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your credit once we've received and processed the returned item.
We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx. If you select the "standard shipping" option, we will usually use USPS Priority for a flat fee of 8.00. If you select this option, Osmia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked "Delivered" by the USPS. So, if you have had trouble with packages being lost or stolen, you should not select the USPS shipping option. If your order is over 125.00, we will ship free via USPS.
Express 2-day domestic shipping is available for a flat fee of 25.00, and are shipped via USPS Priority Express Mail. Orders placed before 10AM Mountain Time on a business day will be shipped that day. After 10AM, the order will be packaged and shipped on the next business day. (We have to have the order at the post office by noon for it to ship that day!)
Osmia is not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the US Post Office. If you have had trouble with packages being stolen, please pick UPS or Fedex.
International shipping will be via USPS, and is weight based as well. If you would like the option of tracking shipping, you will need to choose USPS priority or express mail (first class mail is not trackable). Osmia is not responsible for lost packages once they have left the USA.
